Founder

Brittany Grey-Yadav

In October of 2015, Brittany left her job at a New York City ad agency to embark on a transformative solo journey around the world. While she savored the life-changing experience of visiting 15 countries in under a year, travel was not just about exploration; it was also an opportunity for her to give back and be of service. She spent months volunteering in Greece at the height of the Syrian refugee crisis and in Kenya. In Kenya, she worked on various initiatives aimed at empowering young girls and local business owners. A native of Detroit, Michigan, Brittany’s inspiration for InfluenceHers comes from her innate passion for helping and empowering others from marginalized communities, like herself, to thrive and live with purpose and passion.

As an entrepreneur running a digital marketing agency and wellness advocate, Brittany finds joy in inspiring others to enhance their well-being through mindfulness while also tapping into the transformative power of AI, technology, and digital skills for personal and professional growth. Though she never stays in one place for too long, she now proudly calls Los Angeles her home, where she’s building a local community of changemakers passionate about giving back and making meaningful connections.
